Manual Worlds.txt Installation Instructions
Open Windows Explorer by accessing your START menu and then going into PROGRAMS and ACCESSORIES.
Load it up and find your Legends of Might and Magic directories. They are most probably located on the C drive in Program Files under 3DO and then Legends of Might and Magic.
Click into the main Legends folder and then click into the first DATA folder you find. Inside this folder you need to create a folder that is also called DATA. Once created now you should have a 2nd DATA folder inside the first DATA folder.
Copy and paste the WORLDTEXT.txt file you downloaded here into the 2nd DATA folder.
Any additional future map downloads will need an updated worldstext.txt file that will REPLACE this one you just installed.
The new directory structure you created should look something like this below..
C:\Program Files\3DO\Legends of Might and Magic\Data\DATA
The DATA folder in red at the end is the new one you created and the worlds text goes inside it. Nothing else goes inside it ever except newer versions of the worlds text file.
