I know that years ago when i was really into the game that i believe it was (foc)executioner was thinking about buying them to continue on with the game since 3D0 failed to do anything with the game. id like to know becouse if its no longer in 3d0 hands. Whos hands is it in?

Posts: 73 (04/22/11 1:40 AM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	NVM answered my own question the rights of all the "Might and Magic" games were purchased by Ubisoft in 2003 for 1.3 million soo yeah that sucks lol but if anyone has that kinda cash get on that and buy the rights to all the M@M games including Lomm. and by the way if you do really plan on making an M@M X change the name because Ubisoft will probable sue the %@%% outta you lol

Btw we have plans to change the name from M&M X if Ubisoft has any beef...My hope is that once it's finished we may be able to make a contract with them and sell it as a retail game, or a bonus game, to come with another Ubisoft product. We'll see. Since they pretty much got rid of the Might & Magic RPG titles, who knows what will happen...

I don't think they ever finished it and I am not sure if they are even still working on it. But there was a small (very small) downloadable demo to test out a couple things with.
